Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms before using Acadvik’s website, learning resources, mock tests, courses or digital products. They explain the rules for using our services and making purchases.

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These Terms and Conditions (ā€œTermsā€) govern your access to and use of https://acadvik.com and the educational services made available through it (collectively, the ā€œServicesā€). ā€œAcadvikā€, ā€œweā€, ā€œusā€ and ā€œourā€ refer to the operator of this website. By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Acadvik and our services

Acadvik provides independent educational and practice resources for people preparing for competitive examinations. Depending on availability, Services may include articles, syllabus guides, current-affairs material, mock tests, quizzes, courses, downloadable study materials and other learning tools. Features and content may be added, changed or discontinued as the website develops.

Acadvik is not a government authority, examination board, recruitment agency or official representative of UPSC, RPSC, SSC, IBPS, RRB, defence, police, teaching or any other examination authority. Names of examinations and public bodies are used only to identify the relevant exam or subject, not to imply endorsement.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you are under the age required to enter a binding contract under applicable law, you may use paid or account-based Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where required by law. Parents or guardians should supervise a minor’s use of the Services.

Do not impersonate another person, create accounts through false information, share account credentials in a way that circumvents access limits, or use another person’s account without permission.

3. Educational content and exam information

Our materials are intended for learning and exam preparation. We make reasonable efforts to present useful and accurate information, but content may contain errors, omissions or become outdated as syllabi, rules, dates and official instructions change.

Always verify eligibility, application deadlines, examination dates, syllabus, vacancies, fees, admit-card instructions, answer keys and results against the relevant official notification or authority. Acadvik content is supplementary and does not replace official instructions, professional advice or your own preparation.

4. Mock tests, scores and outcomes

Mock tests, practice questions, answer explanations, scores and rankings are intended to support self-assessment. They are not official examination results, and their scoring or difficulty may differ from an actual examination.

We do not guarantee selection, rank, marks, admission, employment, qualification or any particular learning outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual preparation and the rules and conduct of the relevant examination authority.

5. Free and paid services, orders and payment

Some resources may be free; other courses, mock-test series, memberships or digital materials may require payment. The price, inclusions, access period and any product-specific conditions should be shown on the relevant product or checkout page before you place an order.

An order is subject to successful payment and confirmation by Acadvik. Please check the product, price and account details before paying. If a payment is deducted but an order or access is not confirmed, contact support@acadvik.com with the transaction details; do not send passwords or full card credentials.

Payment processing may be handled by an external payment provider under its own terms. Acadvik does not ask you to share your payment password, PIN or one-time password with our support team.

6. Cancellation, refunds and digital access

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific terms clearly shown for the product at the time of purchase. Please review those terms before paying. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where a digital product or course is sold, access is provided for the stated period or under the access conditions displayed at purchase. Access may depend on successful payment, account verification and the availability of the relevant feature. Unless the product terms or applicable law provide otherwise, a purchase grants personal access to the relevant content, not ownership of its copyright or permission to redistribute it.

7. Permitted use and prohibited conduct

You may use the Services for lawful personal learning. You must not:

  • copy, sell, publish, redistribute or commercially exploit paid or protected materials without written permission;
  • share paid account access or bypass subscription, download or other access controls;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data using bots or automated tools without permission;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the website, accounts or systems;
  • upload malware, submit fraudulent information, impersonate others, harass users or violate another person’s rights; or
  • use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that interferes with other users’ access.

8. Intellectual property and content licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Acadvik’s original branding, website design, text, original questions, explanations, graphics and other materials are owned by Acadvik or used under licence and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access the Services and use materials for your own learning, subject to these Terms and any product-specific conditions. You do not acquire ownership of the content. Reproduction, resale, public posting, sharing of paid files or commercial reuse requires the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

If you submit a comment, question, feedback or other material to a feature that accepts submissions, you confirm that you have the right to submit it. You allow Acadvik to use that material as reasonably necessary to operate, display and improve that feature, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or third-party copyrighted material unless you are entitled to do so.

9. Third-party links and services

The website may link to external websites, official notifications, payment providers or other third-party services. These are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Availability and changes to Services

We aim to keep the website useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical problems, hosting or connectivity failures, security incidents and third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

We may update, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or service improvement. Where a change materially affects a paid product, we will handle it in accordance with the product terms and applicable law.

11. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, unauthorised account sharing, infringement, security threats, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate and practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. This section does not remove rights or remedies available under applicable law.

12. Privacy and personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used and shared in connection with the Services. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to read that policy. Any consent required by applicable law will be obtained through the relevant process; this clause does not replace such consent.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and educational materials are provided on an ā€œas availableā€ basis. We do not warrant that every item of content will be complete, current, uninterrupted or suitable for every learner or device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where such exclusion or restriction is prohibited by law, including applicable consumer protections. Subject to that limitation, Acadvik will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on non-official exam information, or temporary unavailability of the Services. You remain responsible for checking official sources and keeping copies of important records.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the Services or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised ā€œLast updatedā€ date. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If a change requires specific notice or consent, we will follow the applicable process.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights and any other non-excludable legal requirements. Disputes will be handled by courts or forums that have jurisdiction under applicable law.

16. Contact and support
